Versions and changes
How we change these documents. Clarifications (for example 2.0.1) fix wording or describe new optional features and take effect when posted. Material changes (for example 2.1) are announced by email and in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and you are asked to accept again only when the health-information agreement (Schedule A) or fees change. Every version stays available here.
